Pune to Kumbh Mela: IRCTC Announces Special Bharat Gaurav Train for Devotees
Pune: Special Train From Pune to Kumbh Mela for Devotees. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has started a special train from Pune to Kumbh Mela in Uttar Pradesh. The train will leave Pune Railway Station on January 15 at 10 PM. It is made to give a safe and comfortable journey for people going to the Kumbh Mela.
This train is part of the government’s “Dekho Apna Desh” program. The program aim to encourage people to travel within India. So far, 86 Bharat Gaurav trains have been launched to help people explore India’s rich culture and spiritual sites.
A press conference was held at Pune Railway Station to share more details. Gururaj Sona, the Regional Manager of Pune Division, and Subhash Nair, IRCTC’s Tourism Manager, were present at the event.
Nair said, “We have arranged a special train for Kumbh Mela from Pune. Passengers will have security, CCTV, and meals on board. We have also arranged a comfortable stay in a tent city at the Kumbh Mela site.”
Pune to Kumbh Mela Journey Details
The train will travel from Pune to Varanasi, Prayagraj, Ayodhya, and back to Pune. The trip will last for seven nights and eight days. The train will have:
