Pune : In the murder case of Satish Wagh, the uncle of BJP MLA Yogesh Tilekar, the police have arrested his wife, Mohini Wagh. The investigation revealed that Satish’s murder was planned due to an illicit affair. Mohini had been involved with a young man, Akshay Jawalkar, who lived nearby. When Satish discovered the affair, he became an obstacle, leading to his murder. New details of the case have now come to light.
Initially, the plan was to disable Satish by breaking his arms and legs. So that he would become dependent and unable to interfere with the family’s finances. However, when Satish Wagh kidnapped, he told kidnappers that he is the uncle of MLA Yogesh Tilekar. After knowing this murderers decided to kill him. This shocking information was revealed during the police investigation.
Satish, a hotel businessman in Pune, was killed with the help of his wife and Akshay Jawalkar. Mohini’s affair with Akshay and Satish’s interference in their relationship led to the murder. The police are continuing their investigation into Mohini’s role in the crime.
During questioning, Mohini admitted that Satish also had extramarital affairs. She claimed that Satish had been physically and mentally abusing her for the last ten years. He was refusing to provide her with money for household expenses. Satish’s abuse became unbearable so she planned to disable him by breaking his arms and legs. The police are questioning her further along with Akshay. Who has been also arrested in connection with the murder. Mohini also revealed that, she has been planning this from last six moths.

In 2001, Akshay’s parents moved into a rented room at the Wagh family’s home in Phursungi. Akshay, who was 9 at the time, became close friends with Satish and Mohini’s son, who was the same age. Over the years, the two families grew closer. When Akshay was 21 years old, started a relationship with Mohini. Mohini was 37 years old that time. A romantic relationship, leading to a secret affair.
Akshay got married in 2016. Even after Akshay’s marriage and his family moved to different place, the affair continued. When Satish found out about it, there were frequent arguments.
