Pune, Shrirampur : The police uncovered a sex racket in the city that was operating under the name of a massage service. They rescued two women and arrested a 55-year-old woman.
Sex Racket Busted in Shrirampur :
The police received a complaint about the 55-year-old woman running the illegal business. She was running sex racket from her house in Dashmesh Nagar. Officer Dr. Baswaraj Shivpuje and Inspector Nitin Deshmukh investigated the complaint. To make sure they sent two the undercover clients to the location to confirm the information.
After confirming the illegal activity, Inspector Nitin Deshmukh and his team raided the house. They arrested the 55-year-old woman and rescued two other women. The investigation revealed that the woman was luring the victims with promises of money for massage services. She also used offer a place at her house for prostitution. She arranged clients and took the money from them.
A case has been filed against the 55-year-old woman based on a complaint by Head Constable Machindra Shelkar. Inspector Nitin Deshmukh’s team includes Sub-Inspector Samadhan Solanke, Rohidas Thombare, Constables Sambhaji Kharat, Ajit Patare, Sachin Dukle, Ajinath Andhale, Amol Gaikwad, and female constables Galande, Muntode, and Birde.
